Following his speech to lawmakers, Kishida and Biden <a href="https://thehill.com/policy/international/4587134-us-showcases-anti-china-alliance-with-japan-philippines-summit/" data-type="URL" data-id="https://thehill.com/policy/international/4587134-us-showcases-anti-china-alliance-with-japan-philippines-summit/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">will meet</a> with Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for a summit focused on threats from China.
