Calvert, a small business owner, and Rollins, a former federal prosecutor, are expected to go head-to-head in November for the Southern California House seat. Calvert won his first congressional election in 1992.&nbsp;

The two previously faced off last cycle when Calvert beat Rollins by close to 5 points. The seat went for former President Trump by just over a point in 2020.&nbsp;
