NextImg:Brooke Hogan gets closure after viewing father Hulk Hogan’s body

Brooke Hogan finally got to see father Hulk Hogan’s body over a month after the wrestling superstar died from a heart attack brought on by cancer.

Hogan’s daughter, 37, called into “TMZ Live” and Bubba the Love Sponge’s radio show earlier this week, saying that she was satisfied with what she saw and that everything was “on the up and up.”

“I was able to see my dad and he looked great — he looked like he was ready for a pay-per-view [wrestling event],” she told Bubba the Love Sponge.

“He looked like he was ready to go on TV. He was big, strong, hair looking good, bandana on, Fu Manchu [mustache] going … he looked great,” the younger Hogan continued. “It was awesome to see him.”

The “Hogan Knows Best” star said she prayed over her dad’s body and said her “final goodbyes.”

In her interview with TMZ, Brooke Hogan said she saw incision scars on the body, which confirmed for her that an autopsy was performed. She added that some questions about the circumstances surrounding his death remain.

Hogan, who did not attend the funeral, added that professionals — from police officials to nurses who said they were present the day her father died — urged her to seek out body camera footage and 911 recordings, suggesting they might “contain information that could potentially shed enough light to change the narrative.”

“Those same professionals feel so passionately about what they witnessed, they have continued to contact me and push me to find specific answers to this very day,” she wrote in a series of Instagram stories, adding that she doesn’t know whether those accounts were ever relayed to the medical examiner’s office.

She told TMZ that she never thought that Hulk Hogan was killed, but that it was important to see his body so she could rest her mind.
