Brooke Hogan said she is willing to sue representatives of her late father Hulk Hogan’s estate if they don’t stop spreading lies.
Brooke Hogan, 37, appeared on “TMZ Live” and said she was tired of the rumors about her and her late father’s relationship and is ready to file lawsuits over the estate “spinning lies” about her.
“Whatever representative from that camp that continues to spew these lies, if they want to keep going, grab your best hold, grab your best lawyers, because I’m ready to go,” Brooke Hogan told the outlet. “Because I’m done with it. I’m done.”
“This is ridiculous. I know too much. I’ve been through too much; I’m not to be played with. I’m done, so it better stop,” she added.
Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died July 24 from a heart attack caused by a form of leukemia, according to a medical examiner’s report. He was 71.
The former WWE superstar was laid to rest Tuesday. Brooke Hogan did not attend the funeral, instead opting to celebrate her father at the beach with her twins and husband.
“My father hated the morbidity of funerals. He didn’t want one,” she wrote on Instagram. “Daddy, we honored you in the simplest way that agreed with my soul. We took our babies to the beach and put them in the same salty waters you loved.”

Brooke Hogan appeared on “TMZ Live” to squash any issues between her and Hulk’s representatives.
“This is ridiculous that it’s gone to this point of this war of words, and that’s why I’m here with you to put it to rest,” she said. “My dad has finally been put to rest. Leave him alone, leave me alone, and let the poor man go to heaven and just end it. Stop coming after me. I’m not the one you want to come after.”
Brooke Hogan had reportedly asked not to be included in her father’s will two years ago after the two became estranged.
She shared on Instagram that their rift wasn’t because of a “big fight” but “a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know or understand.”
