James O’Keefe, a journalist known for his undercover investigations, confronted transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills this week.
O’Keefe questioned Mulvaney about a report he released concerning male inmates in Washington state who allegedly abuse the correctional system by claiming to be transgender in order to be transferred to a women’s prison.
The interaction occurred as Mulvaney has made national headlines for his recent marketing partnership with Bud Light.
The beer company has faced considerable backlash for the collaboration, resulting in billions of dollars lost in market value and boycotts from influential figures.
O’Keefe waited for Mulvaney outside the women’s restroom at the hotel, intending to ask for his comment on the story about women allegedly being raped in prison by men claiming to be transgender.
Upon being confronted in the hotel lobby, Mulvaney quickly retreated to an elevator, avoiding O’Keefe’s questions and asking him to leave the elevator.
In a video released by O’Keefe on Thursday, two female inmates at the Washington State Correctional Center for Women (WCCW) discuss how male inmates purportedly exploit the system by posing as transgender to gain access to the women’s facility.

O’Keefe emphasized that his news organization, OMG News, took extensive measures to protect the identities of the women by heavily altering their voices and obscuring their faces.
The video identifies the inmates as “Inmate #1” and “Inmate #2,” without providing further details about how or when the interview was conducted.
Inmate #1 claimed that male rapists, murderers, and child rapists who have been convicted of crimes against women are placed in their rooms.
She described the shock and helplessness of encountering a man using the toilet in her room, as the bathrooms are located within the cells in the closed custody unit (CCU).
Inmate #1 stated that some male inmates have sexual encounters with female inmates, and there have been instances of assault that went unreported.
She accused some men of manipulating the system and expressed frustration over the perceived preferential treatment transgender inmates receive.
According to her, all a male inmate must do is claim to identify as a woman while in county jail, and they can be transferred directly to WCCW without first being sent to a men’s prison.
Inmate #1 also alleged that some men claim to be transgender to have sex with female inmates.
She mentioned that the only way to escape such a situation is to threaten suicide, resulting in a transfer to a psychiatric unit.
Inmate #1 claimed to have reported these issues to the assistant secretary.
Inmate #2 discussed the usual segregation of sex offenders in correctional institutions, noting that they are typically kept separate from the general population.
She expressed concern for her safety and her ability to exercise free speech due to the implementation of new gender equality policies that she feels force inmates to accept the presence of transgender individuals.
Inmate #2 shared that she has heard some men discuss plans to impregnate female inmates so that the women can file lawsuits against WCCW, alleging rape.
The slang term for this scheme is a “million dollar baby” play, she revealed. Inmate #2 claimed that many men in men’s prisons devise strategies to pose as transgender and take the necessary steps to be transferred to a women’s prison.

However, when female inmates voice concerns about these issues, they allegedly face ridicule, targeting, bias, punishment, and solitary confinement.
Inmate #2 concluded by criticizing the inadequate medical services at WCCW, suggesting that women have a more difficult time accessing medical care than transgender individuals.
