The left and their media allies have been up in arms lately over Jason Aldean’s latest song, ‘Try That in a Small Town’, but as we all know they look for any excuse to be upset and they’re the biggest hypocrites on the planet.

They say a picture can be worth a thousand words so here is the hypocrisy of the left over Jason Aldean’s latest song brutally summed up by a single cartoon:

Nails it!

They claim Aldean’s song is racist, which it is not, yet glorify the worst types of violence in rap and other types of songs.

Iconic Rockstar Blasts Jason Aldean Critics, Defends His Latest Song: ‘Bunch Of Idiots Out There’

Iconic rockstar Ted Nugent recently expressed his support for Jason Aldean’s controversial hit song, “Try That In A Small Town,” while criticizing those who have taken issue with its message.

In an interview with Fox News’ Jimmy Failla on Saturday, Nugent labeled the song’s detractors as “idiots” and defended its intention to address violence and promote self-defense.

Nugent, known for his outspoken conservative views, stated, “I know there’s a bunch of idiots out there, but you need to learn to get a kick out of the idiots. The idiots hate this Jason Aldean song because they hate when we push back against violence.”

He emphasized that the song celebrates protecting loved ones and one’s neighborhood, urging critics to reevaluate their stance.

Acknowledging his own controversial reputation, Nugent sarcastically embraced the label of an “extremist” for his unwavering support of Second Amendment rights and freedom of speech.

Referring to his conservative principles as “truth, logic, and common sense,” he highlighted his dedication to values such as God, family, country, and the Constitution.

Aldean, too, has faced criticism for his beliefs in the past but remains unapologetic.

Despite Country Music Television (CMT) temporarily removing his song from circulation and accusations of promoting lynching, “Try That In A Small Town” surged to the top of the charts and received support from Nugent and others who argue it advocates for self-defense.

Fans have rallied behind Aldean, calling for a boycott of CMT for their decision to pull the song.

Social media platforms have become battlegrounds for both defenders and critics of Aldean, with Twitter serving as a platform for impassioned discussions.

Nugent praised the global support for Aldean, stating, “The reach of social media gets to good people all over the world, and all the good people in the world are saying what the Nugent family says: ‘Go, Jason, go… we salute you, and we stand with you.'”

Joining Nugent in Aldean’s corner are country music stars Lee Greenwood and Travis Tritt, GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, former President Donald Trump, Arkansas Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

They all say Aldean has nothing to apologize for.

However, there are critics of Aldean’s song, including Tennessee state Rep. Justin Jones, comedian Andy Richter, and singer Sheryl Crow.

They argue that the song is “lame” and promotes violence, particularly due to its use of footage from the 2020 riots following the death of George Floyd.

In response to the backlash, Aldean took to social media to address the accusations made against him.

He dismissed claims that the song supported lynching and criticized those who associated him with negativity towards the nationwide Black Lives Matter protests, deeming such references both unfounded and perilous.

As the controversy surrounding “Try That In A Small Town” continues, Aldean remains steadfast in his belief that the song promotes self-defense and stands by its message.

The ongoing debate reflects the clash of differing perspectives on the portrayal of violence and the importance of personal safety in society.
