NextImg:Hunter Biden Flips the Bird at the GOP, Dares Them to Take Action Against Him After He Refuses To Testify

Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son, made a big move on Capitol Hill this morning, not by attending a scheduled private deposition with the House Oversight Committee but by holding a press conference.

This act was a direct challenge to the GOP, who had subpoenaed him for a closed-door session.

Instead of appearing for the deposition at 9:30 a.m., Hunter Biden chose to confront his accusers publicly, a move seen as a direct defiance of the Republican-led committee’s demands.

During his statement, Hunter Biden strongly criticized the “MAGA” Republicans.

He accused them of intruding into his private life, attacking his family, and mocking his battle with addiction.

He stated, “They belittled my recovery, and they have tried to dehumanize me, all to embarrass my father, who has devoted his entire life to public service.”

H tried to paint the Republicans’ actions as not just an attack on him but an attempt to discredit his father’s long career in public service.

Hunter Biden also addressed the allegations regarding his business dealings.

He denied any financial involvement of his father in his business, specifically mentioning his connections with the Ukrainian company Burisma Holdings and his investments in China.

He firmly stated, “No evidence to support that my father was financially involved in my business because it did not happen.” T

his statement contradicts the claims of House Republicans, who have presented a mountain of evidence, including emails and testimonies, suggesting otherwise.

Despite the White House and President Biden’s assertions that the president had no involvement in his son’s business, the contrasting claims from House Republicans and the evidence they have brought forward have raised significant questions about these denials.

Hunter Biden then targeted the heads of several House committees, namely James Comer, Jim Jordan, and Jason Smith, accusing them of distorting evidence and lying about his personal and professional life.

“Republicans have lied over and over about every aspect of my personal and professional life,” he charged, portraying the GOP’s actions as a politically motivated attack against him and his father.

Hunter Biden again expressed his willingness to testify in a public hearing, challenging the Republicans’ preference for a closed-door inquiry.

He questioned their motives, asking, “What are they afraid of? I’m here. I’m ready,” suggesting that the Republicans might be wary of a transparent and open process.

After making his statement, Hunter Biden left Capitol Hill, leaving a dramatic and unresolved situation in his wake.

His decision not to attend the private deposition had already led to threats from Comer and Jordan of possible contempt of Congress charges.

They had also promised to release the full transcript of his deposition, if it occurred, followed by a public hearing for Hunter Biden to testify in front of the American public.
