NextImg:Hilarious: Most Politically Incorrect Halloween Cartoon of All Time

Here’s a political cartoon that is so politically incorrect it’s bound to burst a blood vessel or two among the woke crowd:

While that’s a pretty accurate representation of how an illegal immigrant gets into the country I doubt he’d get much candy in places like NYC or Chicago or anywhere in Texas where they’re flooded with illegals.

It’s one of those funny, not funny kind of things unfortunately.

In fact it’s gotten so bad in NYC they’re offering free one way tickets to migrants to go anywhere they want.

NYC Now Offering One Way Tickets Anywhere in the World FREE of Charge to Illegal Immigrants

In an unprecedented move to tackle New York City’s growing migrant crisis, the city has started offering illegal immigrants one-way airplane tickets to destinations of their choice.

The decision, endorsed by Mayor Eric Adams, aims to address the soaring illegal immigrant population and limited resources available to support them.

Mayor Adams’ spokeswoman, Kayla Mamelak, told the Washington Examiner, “With no sign of a decompression strategy in the near future, we have established a reticketing center for migrants. Here, the city will redouble efforts to purchase tickets for migrants to help them take the next steps in their journeys.”

Migrants are already flying out to various places, including Michigan, Colombia, and Morocco.

However, not all migrants are taking up the offer; some prefer to stay in New York City to find work.

This refusal highlights the complexities the city faces in dealing with immigration and raises questions about the policy’s effectiveness.

The Mayor made his position clear on the growing number of migrants.

“When you are out of room, that means you’re out of room,” he said.

Adams used a Thanksgiving analogy to make his point: “Every year, my relatives show up for Thanksgiving, and they want to all sleep at my house. There’s no more room. That’s where we are right now.”

This stance seems at odds with his previous promise to make New York a sanctuary city.

During his 2021 campaign, Adams declared, “We should protect our immigrants. Period. Yes, New York City will remain a sanctuary city under an Adams administration.”

His recent approach has drawn criticism for its lack of inclusivity.

City Council member Shahana Hanif accused Adams’ administration of creating “hysteria and chaos and confusion” and not using “a tone of inclusivity and welcome.”

On the financial side, Adams had estimated in August that the city would incur costs of $12 billion over the next three years due to the migrant crisis.

Interestingly, Adams had earlier criticized Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Texas Governor Greg Abbott for sending migrants to northern cities, calling it a “publicity stunt.”

He said, “This is a humanitarian crisis created by human hands and it was a political stunt.”

From an economic perspective, the ticketing program makes sense.

Housing and feeding a migrant in the city costs around $394 per day.

In contrast, a one-way plane ticket could be cheaper.

The city has attracted a significant number of migrants, with about 132,000 arriving since last year.

The surge has filled up hotels designated for migrants, leading city officials to think about setting up temporary housing in parks like Central Park and Prospect Park, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul has also spoken out about the situation.

She recently stated that the U.S. southern border is “too open” and agreed that there is an immigration crisis under the current Biden administration.

A recent poll from Sienna College found that 58% of New York voters believe the rising number of illegal immigrants could be disastrous for the city.

New York City’s ticketing initiative stands at the crossroads of economic logic, political debate, and humanitarian concerns.

It adds a new layer to the ongoing national discussion on immigration.

While it addresses immediate challenges, it also prompts questions about the long-term vision for America’s most populous city.

Whether the policy proves effective or not, it undoubtedly puts the spotlight back on the urgent need for comprehensive solutions to the immigration issue.
