A recent report from Bounding into Comics has shed light on concerning allegations made by an anonymous whistleblower against the Walt Disney Company.

According to the whistleblower, Disney has been accused of “systemically persecuting” conservatives within its ranks.

The company allegedly mandated employees to maintain Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) diaries, which could impact their job security, promotions, and compensation.

YouTuber WDW Pro presented the whistleblower’s claims, revealing that since the summer of 2020, Disney employees have been required to document their adherence to DEI principles.

These records were purportedly linked to job security and compensation, making it clear that the company valued employees who displayed “virtuous actions” aligned with certain beliefs.

Moreover, the whistleblower asserted that dissenting voices, particularly those with conservative political or sociocultural beliefs, were subject to repercussions.

Reports of political beliefs expressed either within or outside the workplace or on social media could lead to individuals being summoned to HR for discussions.

The alleged implications of these actions have reportedly led to a significant reduction in the number of conservative employees within the company.

Concerns have been raised that Disney may have created an environment where only far-left views are openly embraced, while more moderate or conservative perspectives are discouraged or concealed.

Former Chief Diversity Officer, Latondra Newton, was singled out as the individual primarily responsible for implementing these practices.

Newton, who left Disney in June after six years in the position, has been accused of promoting woke, Marxist ideas within the company.

The report also suggests that Newton had a subordinate who furthered the alleged discrimination by implementing a new hiring process based on DEI principles.

This hiring process allegedly excluded conservative candidates by reducing the criteria required for applicants.
