CIA Director John Ratcliffe indicated that it may not be too late to prosecute players in the Russia collusion hoax on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo.

“There is no doubt in my mind that the people that we just talked about conspired. They conspired against President Trump, they conspired against the American people. … I don’t think statute of limitations are going to impact, because in a conspiracy, Maria, the statute of limitation doesn’t start to run out until the last act in furtherance of that conspiracy, and, Maria, part of why this is so important is that the people behind this are still furthering the conspiracy,” Ratcliffe.

He said this in a response to a question about whether the statute of limitations applied to treason charges. Bartiromo also asked about prosecution and accountability for those who have allegedly lied under oath in testimony regarding the Russia collusion hoax, referring to John Brennan, James Comey, and Hillary Clinton, and Ratcliffe pointed to criminal referrals made to the DOJ by himself and DNI Tulsi Gabbard.

Gabbard released documents last week that appear to implicate former President Barack Obama, former DNI James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan, former National Security Advisor Susan Rice, former Secretary of State John Kerry, former AG Loretta Lynch, and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe in fabricating and perpetuating the hoax. As The Federalist reported, Gabbard said last week she is referring all the documents to the DOJ to investigate their “criminal implications,” including for Obama.

Ratcliffe referred former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey for prosecution earlier this month.

To promote accountability and prevent a hoax like Russiagate from being possible in the future, Ratcliffe plans to release the John Durham Report Classified Annex — documents reportedly demonstrating an “FBI plan” to fuel Steele dossier claims — he said during the show.

“Donald Trump’s election by the American people was a statement,” Ratcliffe said. “They said to everyone, ‘We know what you did to Donald Trump, and we reelected him because we know this was all fake, we know it was a hoax. Now we want to understand how you did it so it can’t happen again.'”
