Employees at the National Security Agency (NSA) maintained sex chats on official government channels so they could discuss perverted acts and fantasies while on the job.

According to documents obtained by the City Journal, several NSA employees participated in group chats on the agency’s Intelink messaging program to talk about things like “genital castration, artificial vaginas, piss fetishes, sex polycules, and gangbangs,” according to co-author Christopher Rufo, as well as some of their own gender transition drug use and cosmetic surgical interventions.

The NSA said employees who misuse the Intelink program for discussions unrelated to the agency’s mission would be disciplined, according to the report, stating, “All NSA employees sign agreements stating that publishing non-mission related material on Intelink is a usage violation and will result in disciplinary action.”

Confirming the authenticity of the chat groups, the NSA said, “The agency put an enormous amount of trust in people allowed to use government systems. There is an expectation for full compliance with all of the laws and policies clearly posted on all those systems. We are continuing to look into this issue. We’re taking actions against any and all employees who abused this system.”

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) also said the messages were unacceptable.

The employees spoke about male-to-female transgender genital mutilation, where the penis is removed and inverted in order to create an artificial vagina.

“[I]’ve found that i like being penetrated (never liked it before GRS), but all the rest is just as important as well,” one male intelligence official, who said he had the surgery, wrote. Another male intelligence official said that his mutilation surgery gave him the ability to “wear leggings or bikinis without having to wear a gaff under it.” (A gaff is a kind of undergarment that allows intact men to tuck their genitalia between their legs to “feminize” their appearance).

Still using the official chat channel, employees discussed other topics related to mutilation surgeries, like receiving injections of estrogen, hair removal interventions, and achieving post-castration sexual pleasure.

Aside from the sexual deviancy displayed in the chats, they also raise serious concerns about just how many government employees in national security and intelligence positions have received medical interventions for gender transitions — something that warps the mental and physical health of the recipient.

“[O]ne of the weirdest things that gives me euphoria is when i pee, i don’t have to push anything down to make sure it aims right,” a Defense Intelligence Agency said. Another said, “[G]etting my butthole zapped by a laser was . . . shocking.”

One person receiving estrogen to chemically grow something that resembles female breasts said, “Look, I just enjoy helping other people experience boobs.” That was in response to a discussion where a U.S. Navy intelligence employee said, “medical science is gonna give me tits one way or another,” and another attributed his goals to a friend who said, “I want proportions that would give me backpain.”

The logs obtained by the City Journal date back two years, during a time when the Biden administration was bending over backwards try to force taxpayers to fund sex-change operations for government employees, as well as expanding prominence of sexual deviants in the federal workforce and across the country.

According to our sources, the sex chats were legitimized as part of the NSA’s commitment to “diversity, equity and inclusion.” Activists within the agency used LGBTQ+ “employee resource groups” to turn their kinks and pathologies into official work duties. According to the current NSA employee, these groups “spent all day” recruiting activists and holding meetings with titles such as “Privilege,” “Ally Awareness,” “Pride,” and “Transgender Community Inclusion.” And they did so with the full support of NSA leadership, which declared that DEI was “not only mission critical, but mission imperative.”

The NSA sources also raised the question of some staffers’ mental fitness for the job. In one chat, an NSA employee insists on using “it” pronouns in lieu of the human “he” or “she” pronouns. “[I]t/its user here. While I understand we can make some people uncomfortable, keep in mind that the dehumanizing aspect either a) doesn’t apply or b) is a positive effect when we’re requesting it.” A commenter who disagreed was quickly dismissed by employees of the NSA and CIA, who claimed that refusing to use “it/its” pronouns amounted to “erasing” a transgender identity.

The discussion did not stop at personal stories of genital mutilation and chemical interventions. It also dove deep into sexual fetishes, including “ethical non-monogamy,” otherwise known as polyamory, and a “polycule,” which, as one NSA employee explained, is a “polyamorous group. … A is my [girlfriend], and B-G are her partners. . . . then B&C are dating but not C&D, nor E, F, or G with any of the others, though there are several MWB (metas-with-benefits) connections.” Another employee said they were part of a nine-person “polycule.”

While mental fitness for the job is one consideration for this kind of behavior, the chats also leave the United States open to serious vulnerabilities through blackmail from international adversaries.

These were the kinds of discussions happening during the Biden administration, where this kind of behavior was placed on a pedestal. The Trump administration has already made major inroads toward removing this kind of activity and ideology from the federal workforce. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth have both condemned the intelligence agencies for falling to far-left ideologies, arguing they are in serious need of reform.
