Last Tuesday, former President Donald Trump was arraigned to face 37 federal charges, different from the state charges brought against him in New York under District Attorney Alvin Bragg. This is the first time federal charges have been levied against a former president. Was this a politically motivated move, or is Trump guilty of intentionally and illegally possessing government documents?

President Joe Biden is under investigation for his possession of sensitive government documents while he was vice president and from his time as a senator. Unlike Trump, Biden never had the authority to declassify any of these documents because he wasn’t president then. This, along with the unfolding Biden bribery scheme, has left many Americans concerned about a two-tiered justice system that appears to be aimed at conservatives.
