The State Bar of California unveiled new disciplinary charges against John Eastman for his involvement in former President Donald Trump’s efforts to block the certification of the 2020 presidential election results. The move could lead to his disbarment.

Speaking to Larry Elder, Eastman says: “This is an egregiously political hack job brought by organizations whose stated mission is to prevent conservative lawyers from representing conservative clients so that we don’t have election challenges from that side of the political aisle ever again.”
