In April 2020, California Governor Newsom made headlines with a billion-dollar deal for masks with the Chinese firm Build Your Dreams (BYD), a company not typically associated with protective equipment.

The details of this transaction were shrouded in secrecy, raising eyebrows as Newsom and his associates were seen partying maskless at a high-end restaurant. The effectiveness of these masks remains questionable and the fate of the billion dollars is still a mystery.

Meanwhile, a clandestine lab in Reedley, California, was discovered to be harboring hundreds of genetically engineered white mice, designed to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus.

This unauthorized lab, operated by Prestige Biotech, a Nevada-registered company unlicensed in California, was found to contain possibly contagious bacterial and viral mechanisms.

The lab, housed in an unfit furniture warehouse, was reportedly producing COVID and pregnancy test kits, but the full extent of its operations remains unknown.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has been under scrutiny for its handling of the pandemic. The agency’s telebriefings in early 2020, led by Dr. Nancy Messonnier, seemed to echo China’s narrative on the virus.

Questions about the CDC’s relationship with China have been raised, particularly concerning the role of the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS), the CDC’s medical CIA, which includes nationals from many countries, including China.

Post the global spread of the virus, Dr. James LeDuc, director of the Galveston National Lab (GNL), signed agreements with three Chinese labs, including the WIV, allowing China to destroy secret files and materials without backups.

The Wuhan lab’s involvement in China’s biological weapons development has been highlighted by Israeli microbiologist Dr. Dany Shoham. He revealed the lab received a cargo of deadly pathogens, including Ebola and Nipah.

The lab’s collaboration with Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, who headed Canada’s National Microbiology Lab’s special pathogens program, has also been brought to light.

Back in California, Prestige Biotech’s representative onsite during the investigation, Wang Zhaolin, confirmed the mice were genetically engineered to carry the COVID-19 virus.

However, no one from Prestige or any other company associated with the property has taken any responsibility for this whatsoever.
