Former President Trump is very likely to be slapped with a bizarre charge in a new indictment by the Biden Justice Department.

Trump announced several days ago that he received a “target letter” from Special Counsel Jack Smith that he would almost certainly face another indictment.

Smith is leading federal charges against Trump – on classified docs and on J6. He now seems to have leaked his target letter to the former president over to the New York Times, as Gateway Pundit reports.

GP stresses the report by The Times makes it clear that Smith appears likely to attack Trump with the same charges of civil rights violations from the Civil War.

Funnily enough, the NYT revelation about the expected bizarre new charges against Trump comes just after the GOP-led House Oversight Committee showed the Biden family received $17 million from abroad.

That’s according to bank documents and witness testimonies. This happened potentially as part of the Bidens’ massive influence peddling and international bribery schemes.

The GP points out that the Times’ report about Trump’s likely third indictment came last Wednesday night.

This was right after, earlier in the day, two IRS whistleblowers, Joe Ziegler and Gary Shapley, destroyed the Bidens in their congressional testimonies before three Republican-led House committees.

The NYT article quotes three sources “familiar with the matter” as saying Biden’s prosecutors resorted to a “new twist” in the J6 investigation.

This is happening by suggesting Trump should be charged with violating civil rights legislation dating back to the period after the Civil War.

Clearly, the anti-patriot witch of the left has turned into an utterly vicious crusade seeking to take Trump out politically. It is doubtful the lefties would make it, though, as Trump seems well on the path to winning the 2024 election.
