Last week, former President Trump got hit with a second indictment. This indictment pertains to how he handled classified records taken from the White House, following his departure from the Oval Office in January 2021.

Trump now has a court date set for this week. Nevertheless, he’s remained vocal about this indictment, slamming it as politically motivated, a hoax, and nothing other than a complete witch hunt.

Now, breaking news from the Gateway Pundit revealed that Trump has some choice words about the head honcho on the case, that being Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Amid this latest indictment, Trump faces nearly four dozen counts alleging concealment, willful retention, false statements, and more. In the wake of this indictment, Smith spoke before the public about the latest case being brought against Trump.

However, the former president maintains that the special counsel is the one with the problem. Taking to Truth Social, Trump wrote off Smith as a “psycho” who is “deranged” and also a “Trump hater.”

Likewise, the former president accused Smith of constantly being in cahoots with those he deems to be political enemies. Finally, Trump declared that the only case the special counsel should be involved in is one that recognizes Joe Biden as a criminal.

In additional Truth Social posts, Trump questioned why Smith declined to look into cases of Biden keeping classified records stashed in places where they ought not to be.

Before saying the Presidential Records Act allowed his management of sensitive documents, Trump also argued Smith is pursuing a case where no crime was committed.

Later, the former president noted that he’s been the target of the Justice Department and the FBI for years on end now. So far, the special counsel hasn’t publicly responded to the statements made by Trump.
