In late March, former President Trump was officially indicted by a grand jury in Manhattan, New York.

This indictment followed after the prosecution alleged that Trump falsified critical business records and ultimately tried to cover up a payment he made to porn star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential election.

Trump is set to return to court to face the music on this. However, it may not be the end of his legal troubles by any means.

According to reports, federal officials have notified Trump that a review into his handling of classified records post-White House exit is likely to lead to yet another indictment of him.

However, the Department of Justice is also reviewing allegations from Trump’s attorneys that that the top prosecutor on this case may have engaged in witness tampering.

When it’s all said and done, a federal grand jury is ultimately going to have the final word on whether or not the former president’s management of classified records leads to his indictment.
