Two members of the US Navy were arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 2 and charged with passing highly sensitive classified information to China. This dangerous spy ring was comprised of Chinese-born petty officers Jinchao Wei, 22, and Wenheng Zhao, 26.

They had been bribed by a Chinese handler from the Ministry of State Security to give over the information they were able to access from their Navy clearance.

According to the specific charges, these sailors took bribes to send over numerous specific documents related to US naval warfare systems, including submarines. They also sent photos and images of sensitive matters that China wanted a clearer picture of.

US Attorney Randy Grossman says these Chinese-born sailors chose “cash over country” and the US will “aggressively prosecute” their betrayal. What he failed to mention is how this is rooted in political decisions and the weakness of the Biden regime.

In fact, in 2022, the Biden regime discontinued a counterintelligence program aimed at catching Chinese spies because they considered it “racial profiling.”

Counterintelligence is aimed at tricking spies into thinking they’re working with the enemy when you’re actually just exposing them.

These sailors are looking at up to a couple of decades in prison, but their specific case isn’t the biggest issue here. The issue is Biden’s woke ideology is putting the country in literal danger.

They thought trying to catch Chinese spies would stereotype and unfairly persecute Chinese-ethnicity members of the US military. Well, guess what: a lot of people in the nation of China are Chinese.

When they’re literally born in China, like these accused spies are, is clearly the kind of people you’d want to check out a bit more closely.The Biden regime is betraying America.

Yet again, we see how Biden’s spy-infested and degenerate regime is selling out America with no shame. Imagine how many more Chinese spies have wormed their way into the ranks without yet being caught.
