Under the Biden administration, the southern border has been in a state of continuous disarray. The White House’s policies of gutting Title 42, Remain in Mexico, and other effective immigration measures are the greatest culprit behind ongoing problems.

Meanwhile, Border Patrol officials have been consistently overwhelmed by the number of migrants coming into the country. About two years ago, Vice President Kamala Harris was designated as the person to fix the border, but nothing came of this.

Just when most Americans thought the situation couldn’t get any worse, it did. New updates from the Gateway Pundit recently confirmed that radioactive goods close to the southern border are now missing.

Iridium-192 is a radioactive element that’s used for certain welding purposes and even for fighting off cancers. Though for reasons which currently remain a mystery, a container of Iridium-192 in New Mexico and along the southern border is now gone.

US authorities aren’t sure how this radioactive material went missing. Though the Mexican government is speaking out about it and warning of the dangers.

Needless to say, Iridium-192 shouldn’t be handled by folks who don’t know what they’re doing or who don’t have the proper equipment and training. They could hurt themselves and others around them, even without intending to.

Right now, the whereabouts of the aforementioned radioactive material are anyone’s guess. Though if the southern border was being properly managed by the federal government, the container of Iridium-192 likely wouldn’t be missing in action.

For years, Republicans have been warning everyone about just how dangerous it is to have a southern border that’s open and out of control. For all we know, the Iridium-192 could have been intentionally stolen.

Unsurprisingly, this is a matter that the Biden administration is now being very tight-lipped about.
