NextImg:The Shocking, Dark Tale of January 6 Prisoner Ryan Samsel - The Conservative Brief

The story of Ryan Samsel, a prisoner held since January 2021 without trial, has come to light. This tale of torment and torture is not from a dystopian novel, but a grim reality unfolding in our own backyard.

Samsel has been subjected to inhumane conditions for over two years. His ordeal, marked by constant relocation, physical abuse, and neglect, paints a horrifying picture of the American justice system.

In his two-and-a-half-year-long incarceration, Ryan has been shuffled around 17 different facilities, each one seemingly worse than the last.

In an exclusive conversation with The Gateway Pundit, Ryan shared the harrowing details of his confinement. He was kept in what he referred to as a ‘hard cell’ for about five to six months.

This cell, devoid of any semblance of comfort or humanity, was cold, constantly lit, and lacked even a window. The authorities seemed to have lost track of him, leading to missed court appearances and medical check-ups.

The situation was no different when he was held at the Central Regional Virginia Jail (CVRJ). Here, he was confined to a ‘booking hard cell’, a place designed for complete isolation.

With no phone, no commissary, no clothing, and under constant surveillance, Ryan was stripped of all basic human rights. The cell windows were covered with black mats, plunging him into a world of perpetual darkness and solitude.

Adding to the deplorable conditions, Ryan was denied access to books, letters, and photos. His only ‘facility’ was a yellow bucket serving as a toilet.

He believes this relentless torture was a government strategy to force him to betray the Proud Boys, a right-wing group. Ryan’s allegations of being beaten multiple times and kept in lockdown to prevent communication further underscore the severity of his plight.

This week, The Gateway Pundit received exclusive photos from Ryan’s prison cell at the FDC in Philadelphia. The images are a stark reminder of the appalling conditions he endured.

The cell, no larger than a closet, had a thin blue mattress, no sheets or blankets, no clothing, and a light that never went off. Ryan was kept in this claustrophobic space for five straight months.

This shocking revelation raises serious questions about the state of human rights in America.
