For over a week now, country music singer Jason Aldean has come under fire from the left. The hatred against him is all due to his new hit tune, Try That in a Small Town.
Democrats don’t like the song. They’re saying the song is racist and takes a sympathetic disposition toward lynchings. However, a quick review of the lyrics tells a very different story.
Amid these latest attacks, Aldean put out a statement that confirms any allegations of Try That in a Small Town being racist or pro-lynching are just not true.
Now, music star Cody Johnson is also coming to Aldean’s defense, according to Billboard.
While hosting a show at the Chaifetz Arena, Johnson stressed that he, like Aldean, considers himself to be a patriotic American. After encouraging Aldean to continue doing what he’s doing, Johnson also let his own audience know he’s fully standing by the side of the country music star.
Thankfully, Johnson is not alone in backing up Try That in a Small Town. Other big names in country music, such as Ted Nugent, Lee Greenwood, and Travis Tritt, are also supporting Aldean and pushing back against his critics.
Despite the best efforts of Democrats and the mainstream media, Americans are able to see through the blantant misrepresentations of Try That in a Small Town.
The song is continuing to do well. Fans are still coming to Aldean’s shows nationwide and he’s been clear that bowing down to the hate mob is not an option.
During his latest concert in Cincinatti, the country music artist told his fans that he loves America and will do whatever he can to protect this nation.
Fans of country music can stay tuned for more hits from Aldean and other patriotic artists.
