Nationwide, many Americans can agree that Joe Biden’s presidency has been one unmitigated disaster after the next.
From the horrible Afghanistan withdrawal to the chaotic southern border, the rise of inflation, and growth of crime, this president has overseen one crisis after the next.
What’s just as bad is Biden’s inability to acknowledge when there’s a problem and then work to be part of the solution. Instead, he and those around him are content to pretend as though all is well and expect Americans to go along with it.
People are sick and tired of the games. This is why the latest pandering stunt from first lady Jill Biden fell through, per the Gateway Pundit.
During an Independence Day event with the National Education Association (NEA), Biden said her husband was the president of education. She made this comment amid a backdrop that centered on the support of students and teachers.
However, the problem is neither one of these groups is thriving. In fact, during Biden’s time in office, test scores have fallen. This is documented by the National Assessment of Educational Progress, along with other reputable bodies.
The United States likewise faces a massive teacher shortage under Biden, hence threatening students’ education prospects even further.
Naturally, the first lady declined to address any of this while speaking about how well she thinks her husband has done with education.
The Biden administration can’t expect Americans to believe lies that are so demonstrably able to be disproven. Rather than tweaking their policies so that education and other areas of life are going better for the country, they’d rather try to gaslight the nation.
Jill Biden is now being rightfully taken to task on social media for her complete misrepresentation of how her husband has handled education policy.
