FBI Director Chris Wray recently testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee. The purpose of the hearing was to find out the facts behind the FBI’s role in the riots of January 6, 2021.
In particular, what about that pipe bomb found planted at the Capitol and the unknown man who’d planted it? Has the FBI made progress on that?
The day before the riot, a video caught a man placing a pipe in the vicinity of the DNC and RNC headquarters in Washington, DC. It’s intriguing that this man was never caught by the world’s largest intelligence and law enforcement service, the FBI.
On Jan. 6, 2021, shortly after the feds found the bombs, the Capitol was closed. A bomb squad took over the situation and detonated the bombs.
Even so, the FBI itself continued to release videos of the suspect placing the bombs to find clues.
They say they have been unable to ID this suspect and so far it’s been 900 days. When Congressman Thomas Massie asked for an update, Wray declined to give any answer at all.
Why?
Another interesting point is the FBI went out of its way to arrest Trump supporters for taking selfies in the Capitol or going through papers in Nancy Pelosi’s office, but they couldn’t come up with any suspects in a much more serious crime.
Now, in July 2023, through an official letter, the FBI comes out to say it was not possible to find the suspect because his cell phone data was corrupted. How convenient!
Wray simply said he couldn’t answer anything about it, which shouldn’t surprise anyone.
There needs to be a full-scale investigation of the FBI and what they’ve been involved in. The future of the country is at stake.
