NextImg:DeSantis Accused of Being Anti-Gay By Top Biden Official - The Conservative Brief

Florida governor and 2024 presidential candidate Ron DeSantis is out with a new ad. The focus of the ad is how former President Trump has been too pro-LGBT and permissive about trans and drag issues.

It includes footage of the Gigachad meme interspersed with liberal media footage attacking DeSantis and clips of Trump talking about being fine with trans and the LGBT movement.

Now, a top Biden official, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is saying that DeSantis has gone too far.

Buttigieg’s administration was marred by a series of embarrassing and awful disasters, including the East Palestine train derailment and toxic explosion. Despite that, he’s welcomed on liberal media and given a free pass, of course.

He recently went on CNN to complain about DeSantis’ ad and talk about how he’s doing a great job in helping US infrastructure.

Mocking the “strangeness” of the DeSantis ad, Buttigieg made fun of DeSantis’ attempt to show his masculinity in the ad.

His implication, obviously, was that DeSantis himself is gay or has homoerotic impulses. Failed presidential candidate Buttigieg missed the point, of course.

The point of the ad is a semi-ironic twist on the Gigachad meme and mockery of the liberal media’s portrayal of DeSantis as some kind of “anti-gay” boogeyman.

After making fun of the ad, Buttigieg claimed DeSantis clearly doesn’t take public service seriously.

He asked what problems ads like these are supposed to solve and said they just pick on the already “hardest hit” people in America in the LGBT community.

Are those the “hardest hit” people who just enjoyed a whole month of corporate America and the Biden regime worshiping them like gods?

Then, he went on to brag about his recent trips to help people in Kentucky build a bridge and get real things done. Did he wear his hard hat for that one? Very impressive.
