An absolutely terrifying, sickening case saw a child rapist arrested by chance for drunk driving while he had six underage children in his car. This happened just as his pants were unbuttoned, which was exposed in a report.

The random arrest of 41-year-old child rapist Jeremy Guthrie occurred in New Mexico in July 2022, a year ago, but has now been disclosed by a report in The Daily Mail.

The “disturbing moment” of Guthrie’s arrest was caught on bodycam footage after his car was noticed swerving around lanes in Albuquerque. He was pulled over by New Mexico state police.

While the police officers expected it would be a “simple” DWI case, the arrest turned out to expose a much “darker” crime.

The police cam video shows he was struggling to provide his ID after he was stopped around 1 a.m. on July 5, last year. Seemingly sloppy and slurring his words, Guthrie told the officers that the six minors in his car were his “friends.”

The footage shows him seeking out his wallet, which the police officer noticed on his lap.

Guthrie apologized that he was a “bit nervous,” to which the policeman responded the unsuspected child rapist’s driving made him feel the same way.

At that point, the officer sees the children in the car and asks what relationship they have with Guthrie. The driver responded that a girl in the passenger seat was “my friend” and claimed she was 18 years old.

The policeman didn’t believe him and immediately told him to exit the car.

At that point, the police officer found out the zipper of Guthrie’s jeans was undone. In the ensuing exchange, the suspect just keeps denying he consumed alcohol and insisting the children in the car are just his “friends.”

Guthrie was arrested for DWI, at which point the father of one of the children arrived to pick him up. Besides the DWI, the suspect was also charged with six counts of child abuse.

Yet, upon further investigation, Guthrie was then hit with charges for the repeated rape of two 13-year-old girls for over a year, impregnating one of them.

He is moreover suspected of raping one other girl. Guthrie pleaded no contest to the charges and is awaiting trial for allegedly raping one of the twin sisters.
