For a long time now, Joe Biden has been a leading gun grabber. He’s reacted to those who call him out by getting enraged and cursing people out.

Whereas the facts speak for themselves; Biden’s constant obsession with “assault weapons” shows he’s not giving up on this one. His latest move attacks the Second Amendment from a new angle and could seriously infringe on constitutional rights.

Under a new bill put forward by Democratic Congressman Don Beyer, a 1,000% excise tax would be slapped on “assault weapons” and big magazine firearms. Beyer tried this last year on any weapons carrying more than 10 rounds, an extreme move most certainly.

This should be blocked by Republicans in control of the House, but what also needs to be watched out for is an update on the “Safer Communities Act” of last year.

Biden will use this law from last year to push through more executive orders to make gun dealers require many more licenses and costly background checks.

It should come out next year and could define a gun dealer as anyone who sells more than five firearms per year. It will also give more access to banking records and personal information to go after those who don’t fall in line or try to get around the rules.

Constitutional rights groups like Gun Owners of America (GOA) are speaking out against this move. They say Republicans who signed on to the Safer Communities Act last year, such as John Cornyn, deserve most of the blame.

There’s plenty of blame to go around. At this time, the Republican Party and those running for president need to get serious about their plans. How will they safeguard 2A and our constitutional rights?

The communist Democrats will clearly stop at nothing until they have infringed on 2A to such an extent that it barely exists anymore.
