The massive Justice Department indictment of former President Trump on 37 changes of alleged violations connected with his handling of classified documents is a de facto effort.

It comes from Joe “Big Guy” Biden and his far-left administration to guarantee Trump would spend the rest of his life in jail, a report points out.

Last Thursday, Trump was indicted on charges of breaking the vital Espionage Act simply because classified papers were found in his possession after he left the White House.

The indictment is the first time in the history of this nation when a former president has been charged with violating the critically important anti-spying legislation.

Legal experts are now warning that Trump is threatened with rotting in jail for the remainder of his life. The charges are so severe that even a single slip in the ex-president’s defense could be devastating, The Gateway Pundit reports.

A calculation by Breitbart News of the prison terms means the 76-year-old former president could be sentenced to up to 400 years. More specifically, 31 of the counts carry sentences of up to 10 years each, four carry up to 20 years each, and two carry up to five years each.

Republican Rep. Nancy Mace stated that Sleepy Joe was trying to hand Trump a “death sentence for documents.” Mace insisted in a Fox News interview that was Biden’s “plan all along” with DOJ investigations against the man he fears the most.
