Joe Biden has been dealt a strong blow by Texas Republican Gov. Abbott. Abbott defied the Biden administration’s threats over an immigration barrier in the Rio Grande and vowed to defend it with legal action.

Biden’s insanity in the White House left Republican governors as the nation’s only hope to at least limit the rampant nature of illegal immigration at the US southern border.

The administration of Texas GOP Governor Greg Abbott has been particularly active in trying to defend and secure the border. They’re now resorting to installing a floating buoy barrier in the middle of the Rio Grande River.

Abbott has now sent Biden a letter, striking back at previous legal action threats from Biden’s Justice Department. This is the same agency that shielded infamous first son Hunter Biden from fair prosecution and serious charges.

In the letter to Joe Biden, the Texas Republican governor defends his authority to install the Rio Grande barrier, the Tampa Free Press reports.

Abbott also insists that Biden’s policy failures are hurting American states’ constitutional rights to defend themselves against an “invasion.” The governor’s move came after last Thursday.

This is when the Biden DOJ sent Abbott a letter to accuse him of violating US law by placing a floating buoy barrier to fend off illegal migrants and criminal traffickers from Mexican drug cartels.

The new letter is Abbott’s third to Biden, outlining and attacking the illegal immigration invasion that No Border Joe has been aiding and abetting.

The Republican governor’s letter ends with yet another call upon Biden to actually enforce the laws of the United States and end the migrant invasion immediately. Although it is very well known that Abbott’s appeal will once again fall on deaf and senile ears.
