Former Republican Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich had a bold offer for Democrats who aren't supporting the radical part of their party to become Republicans: "You have no future" with them.
During his appearance on Tuesday on Fox News' Sean Hannity, Gingrich and Hannity discussed President Donald Trump's victories over the first six months and how it ranks with the state of the Democratic Party following the victory by radical Muslim socialist Zohran Mamdani in the New York Democratic primary race. "President Trump has certainly matched, and may well have surpassed, Franklin Roosevelt's first six months," Gingrich said, calling it a "remarkable run."
He talked about how the Democrats' TDS is so bad they are "incoherent" and they "run around in circles and do stupid things."
"And then second, they have moved even further to the left," Gingrich said, pointing to Mamdani's victory and calling him a "genuine Marxist who says stupid things like he doesn't like billionaires. Well, who's he gonna tax the money for all of his free goodies? Because the billionaires are all going to leave."
He said, to put it simply, there's "No room left" for moderates in the new Democratic party.
"I have advice for moderate Democrats: become Republicans," the former Republican leader said. "You have no future in the Democratic Party."
"So, if you truly believe your values. If you're not insane," he added. "If you're not a Marxist. If you don't believe in radical left-wingism, become a Republican because there's no room left for you in the Democratic party. And you are not going to be acceptable to the Mamdani, AOC [NY Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez] wing of the party."

At the end of the clip, Gingrich didn't beat around the bush when he said that this turn by the party to embrace radical leftwingers like Mamdani, he predicts, is going to put them "into a tiny minority maybe for a generation."
Gingrich famously helmed the House during former Democratic President Bill Clinton's presidency, finding ways to work with the other party to get bills passed. However, this is not your grandfather's Democratic party, and the radicals have taken over.
The former speaker isn't the only one sounding the alarm to Democrats; veteran Democrat strategist James Carville has tried to as well, RedState reported.
AOC has embarrassed Mamdani despite his obvious communist agenda, even parading him on Wednesday around Washington, D.C. However, as much as AOC has accepted him, there are moderates still in the party who are staying as far away from him as possible during his little field trip to the nation's capital.
The Democrat Party has never been less popular as voters reject its globalist agenda.
