Then there's "an event with world leaders launching a Joint Declaration of Support for Ukrainian Recovery and Reconstruction." Then Joe and First Lady Jill host a reception at the Metropolitan Museum of Art before departing New York and returning to Washington, D.C.

After a relatively quiet several days, Vice President Kamala Harris heads to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday for a campaign event. Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff is attending campaign events in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Charlottesville, Virginia.
Former President Donald Trump will be in Mint Hill, North Carolina, for a speech, while running mate Sen. JD Vance (OH) will deliver remarks in Traverse City, Michigan.

Some mornings, I know exactly what I want to share with you, dear readers, in my Musing. Others, I'm at a bit of a loss. Lately, I've been wrestling with a serious sense of foreboding — probably understandable given all that's transpired of late and the times in which we live. But as I began to contemplate what to fill this space with this morning, suddenly I "heard" (in my mind's ear, not out loud — all I hear out loud right now is my dog woofing at me because she really wants to go outside): "Do not be anxious," which, of course, I recognized as part of this verse: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6.) And I was reminded that He's got this.
