It's important to note that the release of Inga-Landi into the United States involved his inclusion in the Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) non-detained docket. That docket now, according to Mr. Melugin, has 7.4 million cases; each ICO officer involved is managing 7,000 cases each.
