The Atlantic reporter also points out that, contrary to Crockett's beliefs, she is not the political powerhouse she and the media would have you believe.
More Polling That Is Worse Than 'Damn Lies'
Yes, the long-term evidence indicates that some pollsters are juking Donald Trump’s poll numbers.
Kennedy's comments, made during an appearance with Fox News personality Sean Hannity, directly addressed the sadly predictable chorus of left-wing calls for further gun control following a high-profile shooting. They never let a crisis go to waste, after all.

N.J. Gun Shop Punished via Civil Suit for Breaking Non-Law
Prosecuting via civil action is the next frontier and one that pro-freedom entities need to put an end to. So-called “public health and safety” statutes go against Bruen, never mind the Constitution.
NY Times: Women Are Tired of 'Mankeeping'
I honestly don't know if this is a problem or just something new to complain about.

Three Things That Stand Out in Jasmine Crockett's Atlantic Profile Piece
Crockett is ‘brat,’ right? Yeah, I don’t know what the hell that is either, but Kamala Harris was christened with that term by Charli xcx—and she lost big league.
Grab a Mirror, Greasy Gavin: Newsom Gets Slammed for Trying to Laugh About the Epstein Files
He wants the focus to be anywhere EXCEPT for California. That's how badly he's sucked as governor.

The House is out, but the Senate's still on/in/around, and there are several hearings/meetings set for Tuesday:

We had another dubious ruling from a district court judge on Monday. Judge Indira Talwani, who'd previously entered a TRO and then a partial preliminary injunction in the Planned Parenthood funding case, went all-in with the injunction she entered on Monday. We can expect an appeal of that shortly. (The previous injunction has already been appealed, so this is likely to be tacked on/consolidated.)
Meanwhile, the DOJ has officially filed a complaint against Judge James Boasberg for misconduct in light of improper comments he made about President Trump while addressing a group of judges at a conference in March.

There should be more disclosures coming from the Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard's office...soon...
I'm going back to the "America This Week" well again because, as per usual, Matt and Walter were spot on with their insights. Two things stood out to me about Monday's show:
- There's some serious pushback — "coming from inside the house" (i.e., Republican quarters) — regarding this next anticipated disclosure from ODNI. Now, whether that's congressional or agency pushback (or both), I'm not quite sure. But I believe the horse is out of the barn. And if there are people I like and agree with politically who wind up exposed, then so be it. If you done dirty, prepare to pay the price.
- The major media outlets have largely painted themselves into a corner. They threw in so completely with one "side" of the narrative that, now that it's crumbling, there's no real out. Well, I take that back — there is a way out, but they're not going to like it. It's called owning up to their hackery and taking their lumps for it and embracing journalistic integrity. A few of them might manage to do so. But I think a few may well fold.
As to both/either, now's not the time to let up on the gas. Let 'er rip.
Got the moves like Jagger...
