For What They’ve Done to Joe Biden, Someone Needs to Go to Prison
We’re done with lies. We’re done with cover-ups. It’s time to restore integrity to our republic. President Trump, AG Bondi—hold these traitors accountable. The future of our nation depends on it.

Justice Thomas 'Respectfully' Torches Decision to Kick Gun Ban Case Down the Road
As Thomas makes clear, this shouldn't be a difficult question, and the decision to let these bans remain in place for at least another term or two will do untold damage to the Second Amendment rights of millions of Americans subjected to these prohibitions.
After Ruining Education By Dropping Phonics, Liberals 'Discover' Phonics Works
What is so infuriating about all this, aside from the obvious fact that generations of kids have been unnecessarily hampered in their education and hence their lifetime achievements, is that liberals are always given a pass for ruining things, and when they shift to proven methods, they somehow get credit for doing the obvious.
Wounded Democratic Party Needs Help, Calls in the Trans Cavalry. Hilarity Ensues.
We the People have had it with transgender codswallop. We are too strong to be drawn into the fake virtue of believing trans guys are chicks.
This Transgender Athlete Shared This Flippant Response After Dominating a Women's Race
That’s not all. Garcia went on to complain about the lack of sportsmanship he experienced from other athletes when he competed against women.
Call the Fight! David Mamet KO's Bill Maher on Jan. 6, the 2020 Election, AND Immigration

But he made a big mistake this time.
Today on Capitol Hill...
At long last, the critters are formally back on the Hill, and many of them will be hard at work — the ones who aren't busy trying to make awkward taco vids, that is...
There are only a handful of meetings/hearings set for Tuesday, but one of them's going to be must-watch:
I know where my attention will be at 2:30 p.m. Eastern!

Keeping Up With the Cabinet
Sec. State - Marco Rubio — Rubio had some direct words for visa holders:
In light of yesterday’s horrific attack, all terrorists, their family members, and terrorist sympathizers here on a visa should know that under the Trump Administration we will find you, revoke your visa, and deport you.
Attorney General - Pam Bondi — Bondi is in Europe, meeting with allies "to discuss global security coordination efforts — especially on stopping illegal immigration and terrorism. This is vital in making America and the world safe."
Sec. Interior - Doug Burgum — Burgum's been in Alaska, checking out the North Slope and advocating for "an energy renaissance."
Sec. Agriculture - Brooke Rollins — Rollins is touting the success of combating avian flu.
Sec. Transportation - Sean Duffy — Duffy shared some good news re: Newark airport on Monday — including runway repairs completed 13 days ahead of schedule.
Full Court Press...
As noted, the Supreme Court will be handing down opinions on Thursday. In the meantime, they published their order list on Monday and declined cert in a couple of big Second Amendment cases, which was disappointing, to say the least.
The Trump administration filed another application for stay with the high court on Monday, this one in American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO v. Trump, challenging the dismantling of the federal bureaucracy (via reduction in force). Judge Susan Illston of the Northern District of California entered a preliminary injunction in the case a week and a half ago, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has declined to stay Illston's ruling pending appeal. Judge Kagan gave the union plaintiffs a week to respond to the application.
The Senate will be wrestling with reconciliation.
Keep an eye on Russia and Ukraine — obviously, a volatile situation following stunning long-range attacks by Ukraine early Sunday, though they did actually meet on Monday for continued peace talks.
I started school in the fall of 1973, just one year after Title IX was enacted. Girls' sports were just getting established in education, but by the time I was in junior high, they were firmly part of the mix. No one gave much thought to the fact that there were boys' sports and girls' sports — there were obvious physiological differences that mattered by the time kids were adolescents. Everyone got a chance to play (or at least try out). Some kids weren't cut out for athletics, while others excelled. But the opportunities for girls weren't taken by boys.
Flash forward 50 years, and this is now a thing — and not an isolated thing. Girls are being asked to step aside to make room for boys — in girls' sports. Strangely enough, this isn't really an issue in the opposite direction. One can have all the empathy in the world for kids who are struggling with their identity, maybe even wrestling with gender dysphoria, while still recognizing that this push to allow biological males to compete in girls' and women's sports is fundamentally unfair and inequitable (to use a favored word).
Why even have Title IX? Why have separate men's and women's or boys' and girls' leagues? Why test athletes for performance enhancers? (Remember the scandal over the East German women swimmers being given testosterone?)
No. We're done with this. Maybe there's room to allow for open divisions, where anyone can compete regardless of sex or gender identity. But girls and women deserve their own place on the podium, not to be shoved aside or overshadowed by male competitors.
Bonus laugh for the day (sound on).
