Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas will be back testifying in the House on Tuesday as he sits before the Homeland Security Committee in a hearing titled “A Review of the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Request for the Department of Homeland Security.”

In addition, there are 39 other hearings set for Tuesday as the House grapples with funding issues and the Senate gets ahold of the freshly-passed-by-the-House FISA reauthorization.

BIG day at the Supreme Court as the justices will hear oral argument in Fischer v. United States, which examines whether the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit erred in construing 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c), which prohibits obstruction of congressional inquiries and investigations, to include acts unrelated to investigations and evidence. The Court's decision in this case could have a huge impact on multiple J6 convictions. The argument may be heard live here
