All Biden's Fault: Hamas Rejects Latest Ceasefire/Hostage Deal, Seals Their Fate

So now what will the left say? Israel was willing to agree to a bad deal, but once again, it's Hamas throwing a wrench into a ceasefire deal. It's Hamas who is always the problem in this equation, yet the Biden administration and the left will continue to attack and blame Israel, while essentially helping Hamas in the process.

The Question No One Is Asking About Trump's New York Criminal Trial

Democrats are playing with fire, and sometimes people who play with fire get burned. It's not out of the realm of possibility.

Planet Fitness' Loose Policy on Men in Women's Bathroom Adds to Their Mounting Troubles

Honestly, it will take a while for a competitive fitness brand to come along and counter this agenda. But former Levi's executive Jennifer Sey has recently started her own sportswear clothing line that prioritizes and champions biological women and women's sports, and it is taking off. It only takes one pebble to cause a ripple effect.

Today on Capitol Hill...

Easter recess continues, with no hearings set on the Hill. There could always be some news emanating from the Capitol, though. Like threats to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for failure to turn over materials pertaining to Special Counsel Robert Hur's investigation of President Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents. Or calls for soon-to-depart members to be expelled early so that a special election is triggered. You know, the usual.

White House What's Up

Biden is scheduled to travel to Raleigh, North Carolina, on Tuesday to deliver a speech and attend a campaign event before returning to D.C.

Full Court Press...

Big day at the Supreme Court as the justices will hear oral argument in the consolidated cases of Food and Drug Administration v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine and Danco Laboratories, LLC v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, cases involving the drug mifepristone, an abortion pill, and whether the FDA's approval of the drug was appropriate.

Also on Tuesday, a London court is set to rule on whether WikiLeaks' Julian Assange can challenge extradition to the U.S.

Of Primary Concern

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is set to announce his vice presidential pick while wrangling with the Nevada Secretary of State over whether he's qualified to be on the ballot there.

I'm a big fan of spreadsheets. It took me a while to get the hang of Excel, and then I had to transfer those skills to Google Sheets (which, truth be told, I prefer). They're great for tracking so many things. It occurred to me as I was juggling Donald Trump lawfare articles on Monday — I probably should have created one for all the cases involving the former president months ago. Maybe I still will. They don't look to be going away anytime soon.
