President Donald Trump predicted that late-night hosts Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel will be next in line to lose their shows following the high-profile cancellation of Stephen Colbert's money-bleeding program.
Trump, speaking with reporters at the White House on Wednesday, was asked if he viewed Colbert's plight, along with recent news that geriatric, has-been shock jock Howard Stern will soon see his show end, was a sign that TDS comedy had run its course.
The President began by absolutely torching Colbert.
“Well, it hasn’t worked,” Trump said. “And it hasn’t worked, really, for a long time, and I would say pretty much from the beginning. Colbert has no talent."
"I mean, I could take anybody here. I could go outside in the beautiful streets and pick a couple of people that do just as well or better. They’d get higher ratings than he did. He’s got no talent.”

He's certainly correct here. It's quite a reflection on Jon Stewart that everybody who got their big break on his fake news program turned into a far-left, intellectually challenged rube. Colbert, John Oliver, Trevor Noah, Samantha Bee ... the list goes on and on. These people were steeped in fake news and - lo and behold - turned into comedy-centered pundits whose material is fueled by misinformation.
Trump proceeded to do his best imitation of WWE star, Goldberg, wondering, "Who's next?"
He believes it'll be Fallon and Kimmel, offering a cryptic prediction that kind of, sort of, makes you think he might know something.
“Fallon has no talent. Kimmel has no talent. They’re next. They’re going to be going. I hear they’re going to be going," Trump said.
He clarified immediately, suggesting it's just a guess on his part because their ratings were worse than Colbert, who was losing CBS money hand over fist.
"I don’t know, but I would imagine because they’d get—you know, Colbert has better ratings than Kimmel or Fallon," the President explained.
It's not the first time Trump has made this prediction, making one wonder what he might know behind the scenes. In a Truth Social post immediately after word of Colbert's humiliation got out, the President made a similar claim.
"The word is, and it’s a strong word at that, Jimmy Kimmel is NEXT to go in the untalented Late Night Sweepstakes and, shortly thereafter, Fallon will be gone," wrote Trump.
And he reveled in the fact that he might be playing a role in these faux comedians getting the boot.
"These are people with absolutely NO TALENT, who were paid Millions of Dollars for, in all cases, destroying what used to be GREAT Television," the President continued. "It’s really good to see them go, and I hope I played a major part in it!"
Also good to see go? Stern, who went from a "shock jock" to a COVID paranoid, TDS-addled leftist shill in record time. Believe it or not, Trump had an opinion on that loser as well.
“I used to do his show,” the president said. “We used to have fun, but I haven’t heard that name in a long time.”
That's because nobody is listening anymore. To Stern, to Colbert, to Kimmel. Washed-up talentless hacks whose liberal shtick is no longer relevant.
