Special Counsel Special Counsel Robert Hur dropped the news Thursday that he does not intend to prosecute Joe Biden over the piles of classified documents dating back to his days as a senator that the now-president left strewn around his garage, inside the Penn Biden Center, and who knows where else. The conclusion was basically, Biden’s brain is too far compromised, he might not have meant to do it, so we’re letting him off.

This is in marked contrast to the DOJ’s treatment of former President Donald Trump, who had his home raided and now faces 37 charges by Special Counsel Jack Smith in his own classified docs case.

Reactions came in fast and furious, with many on the GOP side pointing out that the report painted a devastating portrait of a mentally declining president, prompting the obvious question: if he’s this bad off, how can he possibly serve another four-year term?

Now Trump himself is reacting, and as you'd expect, he’s calling out the obvious double standard of justice we’re seeing routinely in America since Biden entered the Oval:

Former President Trump told Fox News Digital that "deranged" Special Counsel Jack Smith needs to "immediately" drop all charges against him in his classified records case following the decision not to bring charges against President Biden for his retention of sensitive national security documents…

"They should immediately drop the case against me," Trump told Fox News Digital. "I am covered by the Presidential Records Act — he wasn't. He had many, many times more documents — totally unguarded. Mine were always surrounded by Secret Service and in locked rooms."

Trump also took to Truth Social to say that Special Counsel Jack Smith should “do good for our Country” and drop all the litigation against him:

Trump also- reposted a number of messages on his Truth Social account. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, was short and succinct:

There's a double standard of justice in this country.

And Joe Biden isn't fit for office.
