Kamala Does Trainwreck Interview With Stephanie Ruhle, Who Admits Harris Didn't Answer Questions
This is the most important elected position in the land and this person Harris seems to have all the seriousness of a fruit cup.
WATCH: Scott Jennings Roasts Kamala Harris After Her Hilariously Bad Interview With Stephanie Ruhle
There is nothing behind the curtain. There is no brilliant plan banging around in the background. This is who Harris is. She is a manufactured analog for the far left, and if she gets elected, I shudder to think of the consequences given what will have been incentivized.
Fed Cuts Interest Rates: Recession Averted?
History suggests that the Fed’s loosening of the money supply may be arriving too late to prevent an eventual downturn caused by the massive overspending imposed by Biden and Harris.
Today on Capitol Hill...
After a rather busy Wednesday on the Hill, Thursday features a bit lighter schedule, but there are still several meetings/hearings going on:
(I should note — several of the above have a "Postponed" notation next to them, which isn't particularly unusual, though I don't recall seeing that many in one day. No clear indication as to why at this point. Hurricane Helene, maybe?)
White House What's Up
President Joe Biden is set to have lunch with Vice President Kamala Harris on Thursday. Following that, they'll both meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Later in the afternoon, Biden and Harris will deliver remarks in the Rose Garden on "the scourge of gun violence in America."
The Homestretch
Harris' schedule Thursday largely tracks Biden's. Meanwhile, Minnesota First Lady Gwenn Walz will be campaigning in the Milwaukee suburbs.
Trump running mate, Sen. JD Vance (OH), was set to campaign in Atlanta on Thursday, but with the approach of Hurricane Helene, those events have been canceled.
Full Court Press...
Trump's legal team will be in court Thursday in New York's intermediate appellate court arguing against the $454 million civil fraud ruling against the former president.
A big heads up here: The DOJ's brief is due today in the D.C. election interference case involving the former president. They already received leave to file an oversized brief. Expect lots of negative stories on Trump to erupt from this filing.
Today's going to be one of those days: We've got the task force hearing regarding J13, the Government's brief due in the D.C. case, Zelensky on the Hill, and Helene bearing down. I'm trying to brace myself for all of it and keep my eyes scanning every direction. All I can suggest is that y'all put on the coffee (or pour a drink), grab a snack, and buckle up. Today could be a bumpy ride. Also, if you're in the path of Helene, please be safe.
