NextImg:The 'Amnesty' Question Is Decisively Answered During Trump Cabinet Meeting

One of the major hallmarks of the "One Big Beautiful Bill" is significant funding for ICE to be able to carry out President Donald Trump's agenda of mass deportations of illegal aliens.

But even with that bill now passed, we reported on Charlie Kirk's remarks about what he described as the massive push behind the scenes for amnesty.

So reporters asked Trump about the question. Trump said there would be no amnesty, that they were getting rid of criminals.

Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins reiterated it, "No amnesty, mass deportation continues. But in a strategic way...ensuring our farmers have the labor that they need...and moving toward an American workforce."

Secretary of Labor Lori Chavez-DeRemer explained they would streamline and work through the "H programs" (temporary/seasonal worker programs), not displacing American workers. "This does not include an amnesty program," she declared.

Can they say "no amnesty" enough? Not really.

Now there were a lot of words to sort through in there. It sounds like what they're considering is streamlining the process of coming in as a temporary worker. If that's true, then that is people entering legally, and not amnesty. And if they're also helping to ensure that American workers are prioritized, that's great. It's all a question of what process is employed.

They said mass deportations would continue. Now with the One Big Beautiful Bill providing much more funding for ICE, they should be able to step it up even more.

They are now working to block purchases that could pose a national security problem.

Editor’s Note: Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
