Joe Biden’s allies are reportedly prepared to release damaging stories about Kamala Harris’s vice-presidential tenure should she discuss the former President's cognitive decline. The news comes as his one-time sidekick is set to release a new book about her failed presidential campaign.
Oh, there ain't enough popcorn on the planet to prepare for this potential public spat.
Political journalist Mark Halperin contends that Biden's people are sitting on a bunch of "Palinesque" stories about the former Veep that will expose her as being dreadfully unqualified for the job she once held.
“I will tell you, and this has never been reported, barely at all: if the Biden people decide that Kamala Harris is coming after Joe Biden, wait till you hear the ‘Palinesque’ stories about how much they tried to help her be prepared to be vice president and be in a position to run," Halperin said in an appearance on “The Morning Meeting” show.
Halperin says the stories they have in their back pocket will reveal, "How much they decided, ‘Not happening. She’s not up to this.'”

Listen, Kamala wasn't up to the task of being President when Joe endorsed her in the 2024 election after he dropped out. She wasn't up to the task when he selected her to be a heartbeat away from the presidency.
Now they're going to unleash fire and fury if she hurts his feelings in her new book? Harris and Biden are both so disingenuous that it's stomach-turning.
“If the Biden people feel threatened, you will hear stories about Kamala Harris as vice president that will not make her look good,” Halperin continued.
“It’s not like they’re at war currently, but I’m telling you, if Joe Biden feels threatened, if his people feel threatened by her, this is gonna escalate in a big way.”
These two rats are so desperate to salvage any shred of dignity that they are going to guttersnipe each other with stories about what they knew all along. It will surely be entertaining.
None of this is new, of course. Biden was well aware of Harris's inability to handle the job years ago. Think about that for a minute - the man who had to exit the race for the presidency due to cognitive decline has known all along that Kamala isn't intellectually capable of handling the job.
According to a book titled "The Fight of His Life," Biden, in the first few months of his White House stint, complained about Harris and described her as a “work in progress.”
Spoiler alert: The work never progressed.
Dysfunction between Biden and his Vice President began cropping up almost immediately during their four-year stretch of trying to dismantle the country. CNN reported that Biden’s team was already trying to distance itself from her before their first year in the White House was out.
The network revealed at the time that the Biden administration was frustrated by Harris’s appalling poll numbers and disturbed by her “awkward” laugh when discussing serious matters.
“Biden’s team was annoyed that Harris fumbled answers about the border, including when she gave an awkward, laughing response about not visiting it during a spring interview with NBC’s Lester Holt,” they wrote.
Fast-forward to today, and Halperin claims the Biden team took extraordinary measures "in trying to help her do the job of vice president.”
“They gave her every opportunity. And they did — they found in some instances that she had some issues.”
They still lied to your face in the hopes of stopping President Trump. Biden endorsed Harris, saying the "best decision" he made was choosing her as Vice President.
