It's as predictable as the sun coming up in the morning.
The New York Times has never seen an illegal alien they weren't willing to defend. When those illegal aliens are deported, no matter how odious they are or how long their rap sheets are, you can count on the New York Times to present them as the next candidate for sainthood and to slobber over them as they're being sent back to where they came from. The latest such illegal alien is one Merwil Alberto Gutierrez Flores, a native of Venezuela and an associate of Tren de Aragua, who was deported to El Salvador's Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT).
The post continues:
...whose criminal record included an arrest for having a loaded firearm and ammunition feeding devices at a school.
The Biden Administration released this dangerous criminal into our communities in 2023. President Trump and Secretary Noem are getting these criminals off our streets and out of country.
When Americans break the law, they face consequences. Now, criminal aliens and gangs finally do, too.
You can see this goblin's entire record here. In a press release last May, the Department of Homeland Security had this to say about Flores:
“Merwil Alberto Gutierrez Flores was deported to CECOT because he is an associate of Tren de Aragua—a foreign terrorist organization—whose criminal record included an arrest for having a loaded firearm and ammunition feeding devices at a school” Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said. “The Biden Administration released this dangerous criminal into our communities in 2023. President Trump and Secretary Noem are getting these criminals off our streets and out of country. When Americans break the law, they face consequences. Now, criminal aliens and gangs finally do, too.”
On Feb. 24, FBI agents and New York Police Department officers arrested Merwil Alberto Gutierrez Flores—an illegal alien from Venezuela—in New York for criminal possession of a weapon, loaded firearm, criminal possession of a weapon, loaded firearm on school grounds, criminal possession of stolen property, and unlawful possession of certain ammunition feeding devices.
On Feb. 25, he was turned over to the custody of ICE. On March 15, he was removed to El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT).
Flores illegally entered the U.S. on June 21, 2023, in El Paso, Texas. That same day, U.S. Border Patrol agents encountered and arrested him. He was then released into the country under the Biden administration’s policies.
Under our backlogged immigration system, this criminal illegal alien was allowed to live in our country and terrorize our communities till his February 1, 2027, immigration hearing.
This is the guy whom the New York Times is worried about, bemoaning the fact that Flores didn't call his parents when he was deported. Too bad.

The New York Times refers to the goblin Flores as merely "an immigrant." He's not just an immigrant. He's an illegal immigrant - an illegal alien. He has known gang affiliations. He was arrested for possessing a weapon on the grounds of a school. He was arrested for being in possession of stolen property. He entered the country illegally, he knowingly remained in the country illegally, and he committed crimes while in the country illegally.
The Department of Homeland Security did its job. They deported Flores. The United States has no place for such people. We as a nation are better off with him gone.
As for the New York Times, they can go pound sand.
Editor’s Note: Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
