Democrats are so soft. They're been throwing fits for the past ten years over President Donald Trump, and they've ramped up the mania since he got back into office.

But it looks like some of them just can't take it anymore.

MSNBC made Rachel Maddow commit to being on five days a week for the first 100 days of Trump's term, when she had perviously had only been doing once a week. But host Lawrence O'Donnell said to her that he hadn't made the same commitment, and he was "exhausted" already.

"I know you've pledged to cover and be here for the first hundred days of the Trump presidency," he said. "I hope you noticed that I did not make that same pledge when you did."

"This is day 52. I thought it was day 92. It turns out it's day 52, Rachel, and I’m exhausted at day 52.

So I’m going to take next week off. And I’m telling you that now cause I know you don’t like it when I just drift away. I’m just taking next week off, then I can come back, and go with you all the way to the 100 days"

Maddow said, "You have to take care of yourself, you got to pace yourself" as though he was going off to war, not just whining about Trump. Then she jokingly pleaded, "Can I go with you?"

He reminded her of her 100 day commitment, and said he was going to start the week early on Friday.

O'Donnelll then had to get in a final shot, attacked Trump.

"And so America is at this hour completing the 52nd day of having a President of the United States whose brain does not work. Donald Trump’s brain is broken, badly damaged, as he exhibits every day. And once again, today, Donald Trump said something that would have gotten any other president rushed to the hospital for a neurological examination and an evaluation for dementia, for starters. That’s where they would have begun," he said, referring to Trump's comments about Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.

Now that's an incredibly hilarious attack. First, because nothing Trump said was indicative of dementia, he was talking about Schumer acting like he was a Palestinian because of the positions he was taking in regard to the war in Gaza. Then too, O'Donnell is the same guy who praised Biden rather than calling out Biden's actual cognitive issues. So he really has no credibility at all.

Meanwhile, the guy he calls demented has been on a tear getting things done since he came into office and that's while being under constant attack from the Democrats. Meanwhile, O'Donnell has to cave and take a rest after 52 days. So I guess Trump has proven he's much stronger than O'Donnell.
