At least three people were injured on Wednesday morning in Dallas when a sniper opened fire on an ICE facility, leaving law enforcement scrambling. Police immediately began searching the rooftops, where they found a shooter with what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. 

Because it's so early on, it's hard to tell whether there's a legitimate reason to believe there were multiple shooters or if this is all just due diligence. Given that it appears the sniper committed suicide, it's likely just law enforcement covering all the bases, but we'll have to wait for more information to be sure. 

Notably, this comes after the mainstream press pushed yet another hoax involving ICE agents. As RedState reported, NBC News claimed on Tuesday that immigration officials used a 5-year-old girl as "bait" during a raid. That turned out to be completely false, with the girl being abandoned in a car by a fleeing illegal immigrant who had prior arrests for domestic violence and strangulation. The ICE agents were simply caring for her until the situation was resolved. 

Still, Rep. Ilhan Omar and others immediately rushed to attack ICE. 

These kinds of coordinated smears are one of the reasons why radical left-wingers continue to attack federal law enforcement. This has to stop. ICE agents are not "fascists." Likewise, they do not need their department abolished for arresting criminal illegal aliens with long rap sheets. That Democrats are continuing this rhetoric despite the numerous violent attacks carried out over the last several months is insanely dangerous. 

No doubt, more will come out soon regarding this sniper, but I'm going to guess they didn't open fire on an ICE facility because they are actually right-wing, anti-illegal immigration advocates.
