In 1987, then-Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE) infamously bowed out of the 1988 Democrat presidential primary race over a plagiarism scandal that rocked his campaign.

And now, some 37 years later, his vice president - Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris, allegedly has a plagiarism scandal of her own.

According to a new report from conservative commentator and leading Critical Race Theory critic Christopher Rufo, Harris "plagiarized at least a dozen sections of her criminal-justice book, Smart on Crime." In a Twitter/X thread, Rufo has dropped what he calls "the receipts":

As RedState readers will recall, Rufo revealed in December 2023 that then-Harvard president Claudine Gay "plagiarized multiple sections of her Ph.D. thesis." Gay resigned just a few weeks later.

Relatedly, Harris has previously been accused of plagiarizing Martin Luther King Jr.
