Megyn Kelly broke down why she thinks President Donald Trump's attorney general Pam Bondi's "days are numbered" following the Department of Justice announcement that no Epstein "client list" exists and that he committed suicide in 2019.
During the Sirius XM "The Megyn Kelly Show" podcast on Tuesday, Kelly and her guests discussed Bondi's past messaging on Epstein compared to her latest ones after the release of the report from the DOJ.

"You've got the Bondi statements over and over," Kelly said. "The one saying, she didn't say the files on my desk. She was asked specifically about the client list, and she said, 'It's on my desk right now.' Then, a week later, she promised Jesse Waters she was about to dump some sort of information dump that we were all going to be really interested in."
"The next day was the influencer debacle at the White House where for some reason she invited some of the president's most loyal supporters and tried to humiliate them by giving them Epstein filemarked binders which had nothing new in them," she added. "It was all publicly released information that had already been out there. Then, she acted indignant. 'She didn't know,' 'it was the sleazy FBI who had withheld the real documents from her.' She was going to get to the bottom of it."
"She said further release would come. One did not come," Kelly continued. "Then she was caught on tape saying there are tens of thousands of kiddy porn or child pornography material that we found. Which again is like a third issue over here. And next thing we know, there's no there there."
As RedState reported about the DOJ report:
It looks like the Department of Justice is ready to close the door on any further investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. According to a new report sharing the government's findings, the now-deceased sex trafficker had no "client list" and never blackmailed any "powerful figures."
Further, the DOJ concluded that Epstein committed suicide, something that FBI Director Kash Patel had already stated publicly in months past. A surveillance video was also released on Sunday night showing no one entering or exiting his jail cell over a 10-hour period before he was discovered dead.
The host admitted she's not one to believe in conspiracies and never believed that Epstein was killed by anyone other than himself. She also said she believed FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino when he said there's nothing to support that Epstein didn't commit suicide.

"Just look at the influencer thing. Just take a step back," Kelly said. "What kind of an attorney general would pretend she's giving new information to some of the president's most loyal advocates in the press? You know, buying ink by the barrel."
"So either Pam Bondi knew she was about to embarrass some of his most loyal surrogates out there and did that willingly, or she didn't take the time to make sure what was in those binders," she added. "She was too lazy to actually figure out none of this is new. And yet she called a meeting with the influencers that included Kash Patel, the head of the FBI, and the sitting vice president."
"So she's either lazy and incompetent, or she willingly humiliated some of the president's most loyal supporters. Neither one of those is good," the host continued. "And that's why, I'm sorry, but I'm going to predict her days are numbered as a member of the Trump administration. You know, Trump, he's not dumb. But I just don't think, I don't think Trump created this."
Kelly also pointed to Trump's recent Truth Social post, which gave credit to Bongino and FBI agent Patel, but noticeably absent, she said, was Bondi's name.
