The closer we get to Election Day, the more Abigail Spanberger, the Democrat running to be the next governor of Virginia, desperately tries to hide her very radical agenda from voters. And the more desperate she becomes, the more she sounds like her word-salad sister, Kamala Harris: unprepared, deceitful and insanely inartful at articulating her positions.
There's lots of rage-baiting going on, too; we'll get to that in just a minute.
As RedState reported last week, Spanberger has taken a rather Joe Biden (circa 2020) approach to her gubernatorial campaign. She's locked herself away in a metaphorical basement, refusing to engage in any questioning that doesn't come from friendly media (and that's, of course, basically all of the media).

She flubbed things bigtime, though, when DC-based reporter Nick Minock got her on camera word vomiting her position on boys using girls' bathroom in the commonwealth's public schools. You can read the entire transcript at this link, but here's a taste of her response: "The circumstance as this legal case plays out is really one of we've had court cases settled or judged here in Virginia in the fourth district, the former Gavin Grimm case related to bathroom usage." Huh?

Apparently having learned nothing from her interaction with Nick Minock, Spanberger, who often touts being the mother of three daughters, botched things again when asked about boys participating in girls' sports. As the tweet below notes, there were lots of inane words used, but the message was crystal clear: Spanberger is fine with her daughters—and all of Virginia's daughters!—being put into danger by allowing biological males into girls' spaces and sports.
And that's not even the worst thing Spanberger has said or done in recent days. Not even two weeks after the political assassination of Charlie Kirk, and the left paying lip service to "lowering the temperature," Abigail Spanberger was caught on camera stoking rage amongst her supporters, telling them, "Let the rage fuel you!"

ABIGAIL SPANBERGER: Let your rage fuel you. Let your rage fuel you. And it was like a switch flipped. Yeah, because you know what? Sometimes every bit of energy and the things that we think are wrong -- the things that we want to improve, the things that we want to make better, the things that we know are right, that we want to see in Richmond or that we want to see pushed back against in Washington -- we have the ability here in Virginia to set the stage for what's to come.
"What's to come"?? That sounds a lot like a thinly-veiled threat against the left's political opponents, no? You could almost see the visions of Donald Trump and various Trump administration officials taking root in her brain as she uttered those rage-baiting words.
She then goes on to tell the crowd to not turn off the television or get discouraged, but to instead let their anger fuel them. Fuel them to what is unclear, but it's extremely dangerous messaging coming from Spanberger at a time when left-wing rage is leading to left-wing violence. Abigail Spanberger’s word salads might make her sound rather foolish, but her radical agenda and thirst for political vengeance is deadly serious. If she’s willing to put Virginia’s daughters at risk and fuel political rage at this sensitive time, imagine the damage she’d do from the governor’s mansion.
