"You wrote a book? You couldn't make it through a speech without the teleprompter, but you want people to believe you wrote a book?"
Those are the words of Trump impersonator extraordinaire Shawn Farash in response to former vice president and miserably failed 2024 Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris, who announced on Wednesday the upcoming release of her "behind-the-scenes look" at arguably the most disastrous presidential campaign in modern American history.
The book's title? "107 DAYS." Here's how Kamala announced it on X:
What the world saw on the campaign trail was only part of the story.
My new book is a behind-the-scenes look at my experience leading the shortest presidential campaign in modern history.107 Days is out on September 23.
I can't wait for you to read it: http://kamalaharris.link/107DaysBook
I have an announcement, too: The chances of my reading Kamala's book are somewhere between zero and minus-zero.
On second thought, I'd listen to (at least parts of) an audio version of the book — only if the Word Salad Queen herself recited it, that is.
Harris said in the video:
Just over a year ago, I launched my campaign for President of the United States. 107 days traveling the country, fighting for our future — the shortest presidential campaign in modern history. Since leaving office, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on those days and with candor and reflection, I’ve written a behind-the-scenes account of that journey. I believe there’s value in sharing what I saw, what I learned, and what it will take to move forward.
Uh-huh. Raise your hand if you think Harris learned anything from her failed campaign.
Just as I thought, zero hands raised —and for good reason:
As long as Harris continues to delusionally believe she lost because she was forced to run a shortened campaign after former President Joe Biden was kicked to the curb following his disastrous debate with President Donald Trump, nothing she has to say about the campaign is worth reading.

Simon & Schuster, the book's publisher, called "107 DAYS" a “page-turning account” with ”surprising and revealing insights.”
CEO Jonathan Karp declined to offer specifics on what Harris's book will contain, including her thoughts about Biden’s lack of fitness for office, but also said the former vice president “addresses everything we would want her to address.” I doubt it.
Karp added:
Kamala Harris is a singular American leader. "107 DAYS" captures the drama of running for president better than just about anything I’ve read. It’s one of the best works of political nonfiction Simon & Schuster has ever published. It’s an eyewitness contribution to history and an extraordinary story.
Shill much, Mr. Karp? Either this guy is as delusional as Harris, or he's lying.
While we'll never know what the impact would have been if Harris had been able to run a full campaign, we can take an educated guess — and my guess is she would have lost by even larger margins than she did.
In even better (more hilarious) news, CBS announced that Harris will appear on "Late Night With Stephen Colbert" on Thursday night to not only hawk her upcoming book release, but also to no doubt commiserate with the recently-fired host about the "unfairness" of CBS canceling his money-draining show — and of course to slam Trump.
She's back! CBS announces that Kamala Harris will appear on the Colbert show tonight for her first post-election interview.
Now that I might watch — for entertainment purposes only.
So there it is, America. "107 DAYS."
I can't wait to not read it.
