It continues.
Authorities arrested a man accused of posting threats on Facebook just hours before a vigil honoring Turning Point USA co-founder and CEO Charlie Kirk at the University of Texas at San Antonio, it was reported on Thursday, where students and community members gathered to celebrate the life of Charlie and his mission.
Xaelyn Dunbar, 19, faces charges of making a "terroristic threat" after allegedly posting a comment on September 15 in which he said he intended to use his truck to attack the vigil, which attracted about 1,000 attendees.
The threat appeared on the San Antonio Young Republicans' Facebook page, which was promoting the campus vigil for Charlie.
Dunbar allegedly wrote, per the affidavit cited by the San Antonio Express News:
This is a disgrace and I can tell you right now ima make sure this won’t be a good nor comforting vigil yall [sic] watch and see. Ima make this a movie … me and my truck.
One can assume, as we've seen far too many times in the past, that this loser suggested he planned on driving his truck into the crowd.
When questioned what he meant by another Facebook user, Dunbar allegedly replied:
You’ll see tmr I jus wouldn’t advise tryna stop a Ford 250 Diesel truck. Show yall how much Charlie really means.
Depravity at its worst, coupled with contempt and unfounded bitterness.
Here's more, via Fox News:
The comments were flagged by the Southwest Texas Fusion Center, an interagency intelligence hub run by the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), and were relayed to the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Police Department.
A UTSA captain alerted the SAPD, which sent its officers, along with Universal City police, to Dunbar’s Sagebrush Apartments on the northeast side of the city that evening.
Dunbar admitted to posting the Facebook comments and acknowledged they could be seen as threatening, but he insisted he was "being dumb" and "clowning around," according to the affidavit.
So let's assume this idiot was, as he claimed, being dumb and clowning around. If so, this was one of the most ignorant and dull-witted examples of "play stupid games, win stupid prizes" I've ever seen.
Dunbar didn't do himself any favors while trying to explain his idiocy to law enforcement officers, allegedly saying:
Even if I’m 19 years old, that doesn’t mean I won’t still act like a kid.
Yep, another brilliant example of FAFO.
Dunbar also reportedly told officers he would willingly accept the consequences, according to the affidavit. Meanwhile, he remains held in jail on a $40,000 bond.

Whether or not Xaelyn Dunbar intended to carry through on his threat is almost immaterial.
From mass shooters to assassins to fools on social media who post threats, these people who are crawling out of the woodwork have one thing in common: they are reacting to the pervasive vitriolic hate speech of other lunatics.
Even worse, they are undoubtedly driven by the dangerous rhetoric of the Democrat Party and its sock puppets in the left-wing media.
How it stops is almost becoming secondary to stopping it, whatever way it takes.
