NextImg:CNN's Harry Enten Has More Sad News for Dems and Good News for Trump As Immigration Battles Heat Up

Democrats should check out what CNN's Harry Enten had to say on Monday.

He had some polling numbers that show how much support there is for President Donald Trump's deportation policies.

Enten explained how Trump's net approval on immigration since eight years ago has "gone up like a rocket."

He's gone up 20 points since his first term on the topic, and now he's in positive territory. "Trump knows that what he is doing is working with the American electorate," Enten said. Cue the crying from the rest of the CNN crew who aren't going to like that.

Enten further outlined how 54 percent approved of Trump's deportation program for those here illegally, and 51 percent approved of ICE searching the town for people who were there illegally. "So it's not just on the broad issue of immigration," Enten said, it's on these specifics as well, where Trump is above 50 percent.

Then this was my favorite part of the whole video. Anchor John Berman asks what the American public thinks about things like Mayor Karen Bass and California Gov. Gavin Newsom pushing back on immigration. Enten says the "American electorate thinks Democrats don't have a clue."

Enten showed three different polls as to who the American people trusted more on immigration. CBS and CNN both had GOP +6, and Ipsos had +19, even more. No matter what poll, no matter which way you cut it, Enten concluded, the American public is with Donald Trump on immigration and the specifics.

It shouldn't be surprising. It's what Trump ran on in the election, and is one of the big reasons he won.

Enten is so right that "Democrats don't have a clue," as we can see from the response of Mayor Karen Bass and California Gov. Gavin Newsom to the anti-ICE riots. CNN even confronted Bass about the approval of Trump's deportation policies, and Bass just refused delivery on that reality.

If you did the polling in Los Angeles, I'm not sure it would be that way," Bass replied. "Considering we are a city of immigrants. And then people might approve that policy. But do people really approve the federal government coming in and seizing power from a state and from a city?"

Once again, Democrats can't even say the word "illegal alien" — illegal aliens are not immigrants, immigrants come through the proper legal process. Democrats keep defaming immigrants who came properly by conflating the two.

No, no one "seized" your power; you failed to protect your citizens, and federal officers and President Donald Trump had to step in to help.

If Democrats don't do their job, if they're supporting anti-ICE actions, then yes, these numbers are going to get even worse for them and better for Trump.

Editor's Note: President Trump isn't going to allow lawlessness to reign in America. We will not have a repeat of 2020's "Summer of Love."
