Whenever a leftist whines about their fear of Trump coming after them, it’s inevitably because they are seeking attention and are nowhere near important enough for the president to be sitting around wondering how he could take them down. Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D) is the latest to play the victim, apparently not self-aware enough to realize that as a trash-talking congresscritter with few accomplishments, it’s highly unlikely that Trump would take more than a second out of his day to ponder what she’s been up to.
CNN’s Chief International Correspondent Christiane Amanpour, meanwhile, was once a highly respected journalist who trotted around the globe bringing viewers the top news around the world. Like so many corporate media hacks, however, she turned into yet another DNC mouthpiece who can be virtually guaranteed to spout whatever leftist talking points are hot du jour. Her large ego, always on display in her “I’m talking down to idiots” speaking style, became further apparent on Wednesday in her ramblings on her podcast "The Ex Files."
Legal and illegal migration are issues that affect the entire world, but in the end, you see, it’s all about her.
Speaking with her ex-husband Jamie Rubin, a former State Department official, Amanpour recalled a speech she gave at Harvard Kennedy School last month. Although she was a prominent media figure, she expressed fear that she would be stopped by border security.
"I must say I was afraid," Amanpour said. "I’m a foreigner. I don’t have a green card. I’m not an American citizen. I’m fairly prominent, and I literally prepared to go to America as if I was going to North Korea. I took a burner phone. Imagine that. I didn’t take a single…not my mobile phone, not my iPad, nothing, and I had nothing on the burner phone except a few numbers."
Histrionic much?

Christiane Amanpour's Disgusting D-Day Question About Trump to Tom Hanks
Here’s what’s disgusting about Amanpour’s “look-at-me” rant: North Korea really is a totalitarian hell-hole where you literally could disappear without a trace due to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un’s whims. You'd think that if anyone should know that, it's an "international correspondent."
To compare the United States of America to the Hermit Kingdom is exactly the same kind of “Trump is Hitler” garbage dialogue that has cost so many of these fearmonger egotists their credibility.

And by the way, Christiane, I vividly remember taking a solo Europe trip in my 20s to see the world. When I landed in London, do you know what your British authorities did? Grilled my butt. What was I doing there? How long was I staying? What are you visiting? This lasted quite some time, and I realized later that they were just being careful—they didn’t need any young unattached males floating around their country, potentially making trouble.
Unfortunately for them, they long ago gave up on such thinking and are now paying the price.
The truth is, Ms. Amanpour, you are just not as important as you think you are. My favorite ironic moment of her narcissistic rant? “…[S]he found that she was welcomed into the country and that the immigration officer she met ‘could not have been nicer.’”
I’m sure she was upset that that didn’t give her a better storyline.
